Kimberly Dawn Julias Hamilton, 35

Kimberly passed away due to a tragic accident at home, on July 5, 2018.

Kimberly was born September 7th, 1982 in Honolulu, Hawaii, to Phillip and Ann, she joined two older sisters, Karen Ann and Fiona Lynne.  The family transferred from Hawaii to Virginia via trips to Scotland and New York to visit family. Kimberly attended grade school at Stafford Elementary. Phillip then retired from active duty in 1990.

A pin was stuck in a map, and off to Idaho we went, family traveled across the states with two dogs, two birds, fish and three girls; what a trip that was.

Kimberly continued school at Juliaetta Elementary and graduated from Kendrick High School in 2001. She went onto work at the Quality Inn, in Clarkston on and off for many years with stints away to enjoy life in Michigan and Alaska but always came home to the Quality Inn. She greatly enjoyed her time working there. She also worked as a Phlebotomist at the Northwest Inland Blood Center.

In February 2016 she went on a date with Jason, who was not sure about this high maintenance, independent, vegetarian girl, who always wanted, “Just five more minutes, just five more minutes”.  They soon became inseparable and family started to hear about “J’. This guy was the real thing. In Jason’s words “She gave him the purest form of unconditional love”. These two were such a joy to watch as their love story unfolded. They brought so much happiness to each other. Jason proposed 1/7/2017 on the Selway. Then on June 21st 2017 they were married in Las Vegas. Kimberly was a beautiful, stunning bride who turned many heads that night. Jason was not bad either, the evening was complete with a helicopter ride over the city.

Married life ensued in Grangeville where she turned the house into a home filled with lots of love. Always an animal lover she soon amassed three dogs Lily, Finley, and Kaiser who were her fur babies. The pond was filled with fish, the pastures full of deer and turkeys. Jason soon had his hunting privileges revoked by Kimberly. She loved her yard filling it with flowers and her garden, where not a weed dared to grow.

Kimberly was so happy with her down country lifestyle, she taught herself new skills, painting, staining, sanding, and recovering furniture, which she proudly displayed in her home. She was also teaching herself to play the guitar J got her for Christmas. Kimberly had an endearing smile and a wicked sense of humor. Jason and Kimberly recently celebrated their first wedding anniversary, they shared a full life of happiness in that year. Kimberly was taken from us all too soon. She was the perfect wife.

Kimberly was preceded in death by her daddy, Phillip, and her beloved fur baby Keata.

Kimberly is survived by her devoted husband Jason, Mother Ann, Sisters Karen (Aaron), Fiona (John) nephews Miles, and Spencer. In Laws Dale and Marlene, sister in law Karren (Robert) Harms, niece Stephanie, and Fur babies Lily, Finley, and Kaiser.
